Urushi is the natural resin collected from the lacquer tree is carefully handcrafted one by artisans of Fukui Prefecture's traditional craft "Echizen lacquerware" using real lacquer. Precautions for use:

1. Please avoid putting it in water for a long time. If it gets wet due to rain,

3. If you are concerned about the smell of new lacquerware, leaving it in a
rice bin for a few days or wiping it lightly with diluted vinegar will help.

4. If there is oil or fingerprints on it, carefully wipe it off with a soft
cloth or paper.

5. Avoid using scrubbing brushes, polishing powder, etc. when wiping off dirt.

6. Please use the product according to its intended purpose.

Note: In case you are not present at the time of delivery, please retrieve your package from the shipping company within 7 days. If your package is returned to KITSUNE, we will cancel your order but shipping costs will not be refunded.

But recently, they stopped the shipment toward some country, so if we face the situation, we will use Yamato Transport Co., LTD which is one of the biggest and most reliable couriers in Japan instead of EMS.
