Returns & Exchanges

At KITSUNE, each item is carefully selected and crafted with intention. As our products are often handmade and shipped from Japan, we kindly ask you to review the following return and exchange policy before placing an order.

 Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • To request a return, please email us at marina@kitsuniq.jp with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll share instructions for return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be shipped back to our designated return address in Japan or the UAE (depending on your location).

 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only if your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Please send clear photos of the product and packaging to marina@kitsuniq.jp within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — as preferred.

 Non-returnable items

  • Used or opened tea products (e.g. matcha powder).
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Items marked as final sale.

 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Damaged during transit?

If your package arrived damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damaged item and outer packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
